The foundation of the Ekoenergetyka – Polska Group’s operations is a responsible approach to business, which we equate with ensuring compliance of our actions with the law, internal regulations, and the principles of social coexistence expressed in the Group’s Code of Conduct.
We are aware of the risk of irregularities occurring, which is why we take measures aimed at ensuring compliance and eliminating violations, particularly through their detection and appropriate responses to prevent their occurrence in the future.
For this reason, we have established a reporting system that enables our employees, collaborators, business partners, and other stakeholders to report identified, including potential, events of an irregular nature.
Below, you will find the Reporting Form, which allows for the submission of information regarding violations of law, internal regulations, or principles of social coexistence in a manner that ensures complete confidentiality.
This form is not intended for submitting complaints. Should we receive such a report, we will forward it to the appropriate department of the Group Company concerned.
Upon submission of the report, we will acknowledge its receipt within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of submission (excluding reports that do not include a contact address).
We will inform you of the results of the follow-up actions taken or the extension of the time required to conduct such actions within a maximum period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the report.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that any irregularities mentioned above can also be reported through the following channels:
