Ekoenergetyka is launching the Axon Charger Training Center, a revamped version of its training center designed to meet the growing needs of the electromobility market and partners working with charging infrastructure.
The new training facility has been established right in the heart of Ekoenergetyka and is entirely dedicated to product-focused training and hands-on work with the equipment – in conditions that closely mimic real-world scenarios. “The new training center is another step in developing market expertise – with an even greater emphasis on hands-on practice, real-world service scenarios, and direct work with the equipment,” says Arkadiusz Stolarek, Director of the Axon Charger Training Center.
The new training program has been designed to better prepare sales representatives, business partners, and service partners to deliver the highest-quality offerings on the market. For service partners, the program is based on a fully practical approach – it covers analysis of the most common faults, diagnostics, and preventive procedures aimed at minimizing the risk of failure and ensuring uninterrupted charging.
The training rooms at the Axon Charger Training Center have been designed with both the target audiences for the workshops and the specific features of individual products in the Axon Charger line in mind. Participants work directly on the devices, which allows them to gain practical skills and immediately apply their knowledge to operational tasks. In the future, we also plan to provide a dedicated training area outside the company to replicate, as realistically as possible, the conditions in which Axon Charger devices operate on a daily basis.
Training sessions are consistently conducted in-person, off-site, or online, in one of four languages: English, German, Polish, and Ukrainian.
The Ekoenergetyka Training Center has been operating since 2023 and has trained nearly 2,000 specialists in the field of electromobility to date, including clients and external partners from over 200 companies and nearly 35 countries, as well as Ekoenergetyka's employees. The creation of the Axon Charger Training Center is not only an investment in the quality, safety, and reliability of charging infrastructure – the foundations of the rapidly growing electromobility market – but also a new approach to business, embodied by the new product brand Axon Charger by Ekoenergetyka.
