General information
Catering: Training participants at the ETC receive full access to the coffee bar and a two-course lunch. Max. number of participants: 4 to 8 persons

Each participant receives a training completion certificate

Training objective
The aim of the training course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills that will allow them to perform independently the following activities:
Who is the training for?
Companies that have concluded a co-operation agreement with Ekoenergetyka Service (EES)
EEP customers who wish to service their chargers on their own during the guarantee period and have concluded a co-operation agreement with (Ekoenergetyka Service) EES
What does the training authorise?
Conduct inspection, maintenance and repair of EEP charging stations (while maintaining the continuity of the guarantee period) in the SL1 and SL2 scope as well as a works list including the approved repair and maintenance activities
The training does not cover the aspects related to the installation of the charging station
Requirements
A signed co-operation agreement with Ekoenergetyka Service (an obligatory condition)

Yes, the training includes a practical component in which participants work on physical charger models.
What are the differences between SL1 and SL2 in terms of authorisation?
SL1 and SL2 are service levels that define the scope of permitted work: SL1 covers basic inspections and component replacements, while SL2 includes more advanced repairs.
Can I conduct internal trainings in my company after completing this course?
No, this training does not authorise participants to train others.
Can I install charging stations after completing this training?
No. Installation of charging stations requires a separate training course – this training only covers inspection, maintenance, and repair.
In what language is the training conducted?
The training is conducted in Polish, English, or German.
