ETC - Mission
The electromobility industry is at an early stage of development and the profile of the ideal employee is changing very rapidly, knowledge and skills quickly becoming outdated. At the same time, the labour market is experiencing a shortage of trained and experienced workers, directly related to electromobility. At EEP, we have decided to address these challenges in a holistic way. We have created a dedicated departament, to develop the skills of all our staff and partners – Ekoenergetyka Training Center. A new training facility we set up in Zielona Góra.
We are responding to the challenges of the e-mobility revolution by developing our employees, nurturing and developing our talents and supporting our partners and customers in building the e-mobility competence of their teams.
We don't just want to provide information and training, we also want to instil enthusiasm for continuous development and joint participation in creating the shape of electromobile future.
