Innovation in Nadarzyn
Ekoenergetyka, Ekoen, and Scania are introducing a new quality to Polish transport with the launch of the first dedicated electric heavy-duty truck charging hub in Poland. Located in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw, this hub marks a significant step forward in the development of electromobility and sustainable transport in Poland. The Ekoen hub, resulting from the strategic partnership between Ekoenergetyka and Scania, has a total power capacity of 2.5 MW and four CCS charging points, each with a capacity of up to 350 kW. This investment enables the simultaneous charging of two full-size electric heavy-duty trucks or four passenger vehicles. Moreover, the hub is ready for future charging standards, such as the Megawatt Charging System (MCS), ensuring even faster charging in the future.

Charging power
The Nadarzyn hub offers a total charging power of 2.5 MW, making it one of the largest hubs in Poland in terms of power capacity. Additionally, the target chargers at other locations will have power capacities of 750 kW and 1.5 MW, allowing for rapid vehicle charging in a very short time.

Adapting to new charging standards
The Ekoen hub in Nadarzyn is ready to adopt the new MCS (Megawatt Charging System) standard, which enables the charging of vehicles with power above 1 MW. This is a key solution for the development of long-distance electric transport, where rapid charging is crucial for the operational efficiency of fleets.
