Ekoenergetyka-Polska unveiled their latest Combo System at the TransExpo trade fair in Kielce today, combining the fastest AXON Ultra 420 charging station on the market today and RES-powered Energy storage. The Axon Ultra 420 kW high-power DC charging station is a highly innovative device that will meet the charging needs of even the most demanding electric vehicles.
Ekoenergetyka-Polska became involved in the development of electromobility more than a decade ago, focusing their development efforts on zero-emission and urban-friendly solutions. Importantly, more than 80% of the infrastructure for charging electric buses installed in Poland comes from Ekoenergetyka-Polska facility in Zielona Góra. The company provides consistent support to public transport operators in their green transition. Ekoenergetyka-Polska is involved in electrifying more European capitals, from Warsaw to Berlin to their flagship project in Paris, where we will soon have a thousand charging stations for electric buses.
What are the advantages of the Combo System?
AXON Ultra is offered in two variants, as a stand alone charging station with CCS/CCS or CCS HPC/CCS HPC connectors and a base station, prepared for satellite or pantograph connections. The station supports all electric vehicles, from passenger cars, buses to electric trucks. It is capable of charging two vehicles simultaneously.
Energy storage of 80 kW and capacity of 80 kWh. It is scalable - it can be expanded by adding more modules to increase the capabilities of the unique solution. Therefore we can take advantage of the electricity produced from renewable energy sources and manage it efficiently, balancing the entire electrical and power grid at a facility. With the use of an inverter the energy storage can be charged with solar energy via a photovoltaic panel system.
The Combo system received the main prize awarded in the Competition for Medals and Distinctions of the Kielce Trade Fair at the 14th International Fair of Public Transport TRANSEXPO, organised by Targi Kielce S.A. in collaboration with the Chamber of Urban Transport, Warsaw.
