Ekoenergetyka-Polska S.A. has unveiled a new publication entitled “City in Good Taste by Ekoenergetyka” – an original guide to the culinary attractions of Zielona Góra and the surrounding areas of the Lubusz region. The project was created with the company’s guests, business partners and training participants in mind, offering them an opportunity to discover the city and the region from a less obvious, flavour-driven perspective.
The guide combines local history and tradition with the region’s contemporary cuisine, featuring recommendations of restaurants, producers and places connected with Zielona Góra’s winemaking heritage. The project involved, among others, regional historian Dr Grzegorz Biszczanik and chef Kacper Szafrański, whose expertise ensured the publication’s authentic character.
“This is our invitation to discover the city from a different angle – through its flavours and stories. Zielona Góra is not only the birthplace of Ekoenergetyka, but above all a place we are proud of and one we want to promote worldwide,” says Paweł Mijas, Director of Business Development at Ekoenergetyka.
