Intership and Placement Programmes - Ekoenergetyka

My studies focused on gaining experience in work psychology, organization, and management, which is why I chose an internship in the HR Office. From day one, Klaudia and Kaja took me under their wing. My onboarding was just like that of full-time employees—I had a structured plan from the start, which made me feel more confident in my new environment. I joined Ekoenergetyka with a strong drive for growth, and I wasn’t disappointed! It was definitely the right choice. After my internship, I returned as a Junior HR Specialist, and now I am HR Specialist.

You know the stereotype that interns just make coffee and copy documents? Not here! I'm a fourth-year Electronic Business student at the University of Zielona Góra, and I've already had the chance to help build a server room and assist with setting up Ekoenergetyka’s new building from the hardware side. Every day, I learned something new, and there was never a shortage of people willing to help. What surprised me the most in a positive way was that not only my supervisor and assigned mentor, but every team member took the time to support my growth.

In my opinion, student internships should be used to the fullest—you never know if that experience might open new doors for your career. That’s exactly what happened to me! My dedication was recognized, and after a six-month internship, I was offered a position as a Junior Logistics Specialist. I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree while working at the same time. Interning at #EKO not only gave me valuable experience in logistics but also sparked my interest in the e-mobility industry. It even influenced my academic path—I wrote my engineering thesis on road transport, and for my master’s thesis, I focused on charging infrastructure for the bus market.
